Method 1: Online Registration
Route reservation: Select the travel route and standard youwant to participate in on this website, including the specificdeparture time and number of people. You can leave us amessage through our online business chat window,WhatsApp or WeChat customer service, or in our touristmessage bar. (Please also attach your flight to China, contactinformation, and list.) We will reply to you as soon as possibleto confirm your itinerary and handle the relevant travelcontract procedures with you at your convenience
Method 2: Register by phone or faxIf you feel uncomfortable registering by email, you can alsoregister by phone or fax.
No matter which method you adopt, the effect of registrationis the same. After receiving your registration information, wewill send you an email as soon as possible Or confirm by phone or fax. If youare required to pay a certain deposit in advance, we hope youcan remit the deposit within the specified time so that yourreservation is considered successful. After that, you cancome to China with peace of mind. Once you arrive in China,you can sign a complete formal contract according to thereservation content and pay the remaining balance
Registration precautions
1. Route reservation: You can register for any route listed onthis website, but please note whether each route specifiesindividual group tours or individual bookings.Applicants are requested to carefully fill in their names andother relevant requirements in the registration form for eachroute. Once we receive your registration request, we willimmediately reply to you for confirmation. Once you receivethe confirmation letter, your registration will be successful, butplease pay the deposit within the specified time as requiredfor your registration to be valid. If the registration is cancelleddue to your reasons, the deposit paid will not be refunded; Ifyou are unable to travel due to our reasons, we willcompensate you for the corresponding losses according tothe travel contract or adjust your itinerary accordingly.
2. Self service route reservation:In our travel itinerary, you can either join our team tour or forma separate team with family and friends to facilitate your traveland meet your individual requirements.If you feel that our travel itinerary does not meet yourrequirements, you can also propose a suitable travel itineraryor travel request on your own, and we will try our best to meetvour special reauirements at a discounted price.
3.Price Policy:Due to frequent price changes, the latest prices for recentdepartures will be provided online. If you have booked a laterdate, we will provide you with a reference price whenconfirming. The accurate price will be based on the pricepublished online at that time. However, our company adoptsthe following policies:If your reservation is confirmed (referring to our confirmationthrough email, fax, or online means, and you have paid thedeposit within the specified time), then the price publishedonline is higher than the reference price, and the referenceprice shall prevail. If the price published online is lower thanthe reference price, the lower price shall prevail. If yourreservation has not been confirmed or you have not paid thedeposit within the specified time, the above commitment willbe invalid and the price will be confirmed based on your reregistration
.4.Our company promises:For all out of town applicants, our company provides freeairport pick-up and drop off (high-speed rail) services.For those who register online to participate in tourism, if yourregistration has been officially confirmed in writing and adeposit has been paid within the specified time, and the pricehas increased upon departure, you will enjoy the confirmedprice. If the price decreases, you will enjoy the reduced price
